General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Eboricua.com within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). In the case of books that are often unwrapped you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You may contact us by email support@eboricua.com before you return the item and we will send you an authorization number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, (with proof of delivery) however, in many cases you will receive a refund before that period. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (4 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will refund you by Paypal.
